For years Solid Ground has invited the community to share the magic of the holidays with the families we serve. Holiday donors have brought joy to hundreds of children and relief to many parents who might have otherwise struggled to afford gifts. We are excited to invite donors to share the holiday spirit through our Holiday Express Program!
To help capture the joy of the holiday season, the Holiday Express program gives every family member the opportunity to receive the perfect present. How it works is each family at Solid Ground receives a Wish List, to which each person can write up to three gifts they would like to receive.
As we collect Wish Lists, we will match families with community donors based off information provided on our Holiday Express Donor Form. We’ll start matching donors with families by early-mid November. If you would like to sign up to provide holiday gifts for our families this year, please fill out our Holiday Express Donor Form
Once we've matched each family with a donor, we'll be in need of volunteers to help us receive, organize & distribute gifts in mid-December. Dates & times needed are listed below:
Receive & Organize Gifts | Dec. 10th or 12th | 9:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-4:00pm
Distribute Gifts | Dec. 17th | 4:30pm-6:30pm
