Event Management/ Partnership Outreach Manager - Online Volunteer Opportunity

We are a youth led organization that aims to address environmental issues; We aim to get individuals involved in activities to help combat climate change, and inform the general public about the health of their environment.

Event Management

Hour requirement: 2-4 hours per week

You will be directly working with our CMO, Mehzabin/Millyie.

a. Develop partnerships with other organizations. We want to make sure that these collaborations are beneficial and specific to the event we are holding.

b. Plan events and workshops (1-3 events per month). You will be responsible for finding a location for our event, finding guest speakers, and resources that we will need!

c. You MUST be active on Email and Instagram because you will be required to answer follow up questions and recruit panelists for some of our events.

Partnership/Outreach Manager

Hour requirement: 2-4 hours per week

Hour requirement: 4-5 hours per week hours

a. Handle all our connections with other organizations. You will be required to reach out to a wide range of organization and establish a meaningful connection with them. It can be for simple promotions or a long term project.

b. Collaborate with our event team to plan events. And reach out to individuals we can work with. We want you to step out of your comfort zone so we want you to reach out to people even if you doubt that they may not respond.

Also you do not need to write a paragraph or anything likewise; we only expect you to write 1-2 sentences per question. Make sure you read carefully and all the best!

Additionally, we will be using slack as our main source of communication hence if you are unable to use this app, please do not apply for this position.
