Breath-of-Life Program Consultant

The Breath-of-Life Program Consultant will be based in Chiang Mai, Thailand from May 2026 - August 2026. The consultant will work with Paladin's NGO team to run four Breath-of-Life program trips for U.S. college students to Thailand during the summer of 2026. Responsibilities for this position include the following:

1. Serve as team trip co-leaders.
2. Manage day-to-day activities of the Breath-of-Life program at our partnership schools to include: swimming lessons, water safety and survival skills training, anti-human trafficking education, English language development, and Life Skills training.
3. Supervise U.S. college student team trip participants.
4. Conduct training sessions for team trip participants.
5. Work with Paladin staff on our business enterprise - Paladin Mat Company.

We are looking for students who have, or would like to develop, the following skill sets: communication, people management, program leadership, logistics, and business development.
