Advertising Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Volunteer Advertising Specialist for our non-profit Veterans Foundation! We are seeking a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our veterans and their families through impactful advertising campaigns. As a Volunteer Advertising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our foundation's initiatives and programs through various channels including radio spots, social media, video and print ads.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising strategies that align with our marketing objectives.
2. Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, and make recommendations for optimization.
3. Develop creative and compelling radio spots that effectively communicate our foundation's mission and programs to our target audience a plus.
4. Create engaging Google ads campaigns to increase our foundation's visibility and reach online.
5. Design visually appealing print ads for newspapers, magazines, and other print media outlets.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in advertising to ensure our campaigns remain relevant and effective.
7. Uphold the values and mission of our Veterans Foundation in all advertising materials and communications.

Requirements:

1. US citizenship required.
2. Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field preferred.
3. Proficiency in creating radio spots, Google ads, and print ads a plus.
4. Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
