Rise with Resilience is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals impacted by trauma, housing instability, and employment challenges-especially in rural and underserved communities across Snohomish County.

We're currently seeking passionate, community-driven individuals to join our Board of Directors. As a board member, you'll play a key role in guiding our mission, strengthening partnerships, and helping shape the future of our young and growing organization.

We’re especially seeking members who bring experience in:

• Nonprofit leadership or strategic planning
• Fundraising or grant writing
• Legal, financial, or HR expertise
• Lived experience with resilience and recovery
• Community organizing or advocacy

Time Commitment:

~3-5 hours/month (quarterly meetings, occasional committee work, and event support)

Location:

Remote or based in Snohomish County, WA
