The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.

We are currently seeking disciplined, detail-oriented, and honest volunteers to join our Finance Team.

🔹 Role Overview The Finance Team is the "Financial Intelligence Unit" of IHF. Your mission is to ensure every dollar donated is accounted for and utilized effectively. You manage the delicate balance between global donations and the operational costs of our international centers, ensuring full transparency and fiscal health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Accounting: Record and categorize global transactions, ensuring all digital ledgers are accurate and up-to-date.
• Budget Monitoring: Review monthly spending reports from our centers in Kenya, Thailand, and Indonesia to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare clear, concise financial summaries for the Board of Directors and for inclusion in our Annual Impact Report.
• Audit Support: Conduct internal audits of digital receipts and expense claims to maintain our high standards of accountability.
• Lead Responsibility – Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for new members on IHF’s specific accounting software, expense reporting protocols, and ethical financial standards.

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

• Background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics.
• High level of proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
• Absolute integrity and a commitment to radical financial transparency.
• Analytical mindset capable of spotting discrepancies or trends in complex data.
• Interested in Non-Profit Management, Auditing, or Global Economics.
