Volunteer Day Outdoors at Big Oak Canyon

Join us at Big Oak Canyon for Volunteer!

Projects may include:

• clearing invasive plants
• tending oak trees and native plants
• spreading mulch
• gathering native seeds
• weeding the vegetable garden
• preparing class materials

We recommend wearing long sleeves, close toed shoes and a sun hat. There is poison oak on site, so even on warm days, long sleeve attire is recommended.

Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Directions to the volunteer site, required forms, and additional information will be emailed when you sign up.

All ages are welcome. Ages 12 and under require adult supervision
