    The Role

    We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic graphic designer with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.

    As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Champion new initiatives.
    • Improve existing initiatives.
    • Help shape our graphic design workflows.
    • Meet regularly with team members.
    • Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.

    Your efforts will enrich our visual communications and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.

    Key Responsibilities

    You'll work with our multimedia team to:

    • Create images for our social media channels.
    • Create assets for motion graphics outcomes.
    • Other digital graphic design work as needed (i.e, publications, our website).

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
    • 1+ years of commercial experience with Canva OR with the Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator).
    • 1+ years of commercial experience creating engaging graphics or illustrations within specific guidelines.

    Preferred Requirements

    • At least 2 years in a freelance or in-studio Graphic Design role.
    • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
    • Fluency in English.
    • A desire to make a sustainable world.
    • A collaborative team player mindset.
    • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
    • Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
    • Willingness to learn new skills
    • The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
    • The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
    • A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
    • Ability to work from brief to completion, including mood boards, storyboards and style frames.
