Short-Form Video Content Creator (Reels & YouTube Shorts)

Description

We are looking for a creative and reliable volunteer to help bring important stories and messages to life through short-form video content.

This role focuses on creating engaging videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, helping expand awareness and reach through content that is clear, compelling, and easy to connect with.

You’ll be working with real stories, ideas, and messaging, and helping translate them into short-form videos that people will actually watch, understand, and share.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Edit content using a mix of voice, text, and visual storytelling
• Add captions, text overlays, and simple design elements
• Help shape content so it feels engaging, clear, and human

What We’re Looking For

• Experience (or strong interest) in creating short-form video content
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
• Ability to capture attention quickly and communicate clearly
• A creative eye and strong sense of pacing
• Interest in mission-driven or social impact work
