Many business professionals have great experience that would benefit Small Business Owners that are starting a new Business, growing an existing Business or at the stage to retire and/or sell the Business.
- The vast majority of our Mentors are retired and want to give back to the business world.
- Most Client Meetings are either via Zoom or in person.
- Co-Mentoring is an option more and more Mentors are doing to add experience they may not have. However, Mentoring is different than Consulting so Business Experience is the most important skill to have, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Training on how to be an effective Mentor is provided via self paced Online Training Modules, along with coaching by experienced Mentors.
- There is a Resource Library to help both the Mentor and Client save time.
- Our Mentors control how much time they want to provide on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Business Promoter Scores are exceptionally high and happy to share our Client Feedback.
