For many of our new neighbors, moving into a Foundation Communities property represents a hard‑earned fresh start. We strive to offer more than just four walls—our goal is to provide a safe, stable, and welcoming environment equipped with the essentials needed to succeed from day one.

Many of our residents are veterans, individuals who were previously unhoused, people living with disabilities, or neighbors who have escaped unsafe living situations. Your generosity ensures that their first day in their new home is filled with comfort, dignity, and hope.

We have new neighbors moving into our North single supportive housing community, Waterloo Terrace every month! If you live, work, or spend time in North Austin, this is a direct, meaningful way to support the neighbors sharing your immediate community.

📦 Essential Items Needed (New Only)

• Bedding: Sheets, pillows, blankets, comforters (Size: Full or Queen)
• Kitchen Supplies: Pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, eating & cooking utensils
• Bathroom Necessities: Towels, washcloths, shower curtains, plungers, toilet brushes
• Cleaning Supplies: Brooms, mops, disinfectants, cleaning towels, liquid laundry detergent
• Hygiene Products: Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.

🚚 Where & When to Deliver

You have two convenient options for dropping off your donations:

1. Waterloo Terrace
   1. How it Helps: Deliver directly to the property so new residents have household items immediately upon moving in.

   3. Hours: Mon-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
2. Foundation Communities Main Office
   1. How it Helps: Deliver to our main headquarters, and our team will happily transport your gifts to Waterloo Terrace.
   2. Address: 3000 S I-35 FR #300, Austin, TX 78704
   3. Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm

• Completely Flexible: There is no long-term commitment required. You can do a one-time drop-off, rally your coworkers or neighborhood for a donation drive, or partner with us long-term. Every single item helps write a brighter first chapter!
