Position Title: Social Media Manager Intern (Short-Form & Long-Form Content)

Duration: Flexible (3–6 months preferred)

Creation 4 Cause is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to uplifting underserved communities through four pillars of change: outreach, advocacy, empowerment, and creative expression.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Assistant Editor Volunteer to help grow our digital presence through engaging short-form (TikTok, Reels) and long-form (YouTube, storytelling) content.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Assist with long-form storytelling and documentary-style content
• Schedule and manage posts across platforms
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns and event promotion
• Track engagement analytics and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

• Passion for social impact, storytelling, and community engagement
• Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Assistant editing experience preferred
• Proficiency in at least one major non-linear editing (NLE) software (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro)
• Basic skills in color grading, audio cleanup, and sound leveling
• Strong communication skills and creative mindset
• Familiarity with current social media trends and content strategies
• Must be local to Las Vegas area (or able to work hybrid) to support SSD file transfers due to large media file sizes
