Chronicles & Exercise & DIY Valentine's Day Cards - Nursing Home

Our residents gather almost every morning at 9:00/9:30 AM to go over a "Today in History"-style newsletter, featuring fun facts about holidays, traditions, historical birthdays, a quote, and light conversation. Volunteers and staff help bring residents from their neighborhoods to join in, and there’s an opportunity for public speaking if you’d like to read our daily chronicle aloud.

Afterward, stay with us as we get some light stretching and movement to get us started on our beautiful morning. Volunteers can assist by helping residents gather and engage in this uplifting experience.
