Volunteer With Anchor & Legacy With A Purpose, Inc.

Anchor & Legacy With A Purpose, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and community-minded volunteers who are interested in helping us strengthen our organization and support youth and families impacted by homicide and community violence.

As we continue building our organization, volunteers may assist with community outreach, special events, fundraising activities, administrative support, youth and family initiatives, donation drives, and other organizational needs.

Volunteer Responsibilities May Include:

• Assisting with community outreach and awareness efforts
• Helping with special events and community activities
• Supporting fundraising and donation drives
• Assisting with event setup, registration, and breakdown
• Providing general administrative or organizational support
• Helping distribute informational materials and resources
• Supporting other volunteer projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Dependable and able to follow through on commitments
• Respectful, compassionate, and professional
• Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds
• Willing to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Passionate about supporting youth, families, and the community
• Must follow Anchor & Legacy With A Purpose, Inc. policies and confidentiality expectations

Some volunteer opportunities involving youth or sensitive information may require additional screening or a background check.

No previous nonprofit experience is required. We welcome individuals who are willing to learn, contribute their skills, and help us make a meaningful difference.
