We are seeking volunteers to support an upcoming conference bringing together over 300 labor and employment attorneys from law firms and corporate legal departments across the country.
This is a unique opportunity for students and recent graduates interested in law to engage with seasoned professionals, gain behind-the-scenes exposure to a national conference, and build meaningful connections within the field.
Volunteer Roles Include:
Registration / Info Desk: Assist with attendee check-in, distribute badges and materials, and answer general questions.
Greeting / Wayfinding: Welcome attendees and help direct them to key areas such as session rooms, restrooms, and event spaces.
Session Room Monitoring: Support session rooms by helping with attendee flow, tracking capacity, and assisting speakers or staff as needed.
Runner: Provide on-demand support to the event team by handling quick tasks, delivering materials, and assisting with real-time needs across the venue.
Volunteer Commitment:
Volunteers must commit to a minimum of (1) full shift. A full day of volunteering is preferred. The most critical times for support are Thursday and Friday mornings, and we highly encourage you to select those shifts if you are available.
