Role Overview

Sync with God is inviting a passionate, mission-driven volunteer to help pioneer how artificial intelligence can accelerate disciple-making communities around the world.

This role is ideal for someone who sees AI not just as a tool, but as an opportunity to advance the Great Commission—helping people discover their spiritual journey, take meaningful next steps, and connect with others in life-transforming relationships.

You’ll collaborate with a global team to build simple, scalable solutions that blend technology, discipleship, and community.

What You’ll Help Build

🌱 1. Personalized Discipleship Journeys

• • Help design AI tools that guide individuals to identify their spiritual stage (seeker → trainer)
  • Create pathways that offer clear, practical next steps in their faith journey
  • Ensure all pathways remain Biblically grounded and culturally relevant

🤝 2. Local Community Connection

• • Explore ways AI can connect people with nearby disciple-making groups
  • Support building real-world, face-to-face relationships—not just digital engagement
  • Strengthen small group formation and multiplication

📱 3. Platform Innovation

• • Contribute ideas and prototypes that integrate with tools like Pathwright and MentorLink
  • Help shape user experiences that are simple, accessible, and globally scalable
  • Leverage video and digital tools to bridge geographic distance

🌍 4. Global Impact Collaboration

• • Work with a distributed team across the U.S., Africa, and Asia
  • Help adapt tools and content for different cultures and contexts
  • Support a movement that is multiplying leaders worldwide

What You Bring

• • A growing relationship with Jesus and passion for disciple-making
  • Alignment with the mission of helping people grow spiritually and multiply

✅ Skills & Experience (any of these helpful)

• • Experience with AI tools, ChatGPT-style systems, or automation
  • Product thinking, UX design, or systems-building mindset
  • Background in ministry, small groups, or discipleship (formal or informal)
  • Ability to think creatively and experiment with new ideas

✅ Personal Qualities

• • Self-starter who can take initiative in a flexible environment
  • Collaborative and comfortable working with a global volunteer team
  • Curious, humble, and eager to learn

Commitment

• • Flexible, part-time volunteer role (5–10 hours/week suggested, adaptable)
  • Fully remote with occasional virtual collaboration
  • Project-based contributions aligned with your availability and strengths

Sync with God is a growing, global network of 30+ volunteers across the U.S., five African countries, and a video/animation team in Pakistan. We equip leaders through MentorLink and Pathwright to build disciple-making communities that are relational, reproducible, and rooted in Scripture.
