The Cases We Do NOT Take

We are not seeking attorneys for:

• General small-business disputes
• Commercial collections
• Contract enforcement actions
• Divorce or family law matters
• Political grievances
• Employment disputes lacking evidence
• Personality conflicts between coworkers
• Social media disagreements
• Matters based solely on speculation or belief
• Cases where no objective evidence exists

We are particularly careful to avoid becoming a forum for personal vendettas.

Instead We Need Attorneys for

• Fraud exposure followed by retaliation
• Whistleblower retaliation
• Coordinated efforts to discredit individuals who reported legitimate concerns

A typical case involves:

• A person reports misconduct.
• Evidence exists.
• The report is ignored or denied.
• The reporting individual becomes the target.
• Professional, economic, or reputational harm follows.
