National Public Lands Day at Whitetail Woods Regional Park in Farmington
Detalhes
Descrição
General Description
Give a little love to your local parks. Dakota County Parks invites you to come out and help us improve the health and quality of our park system through a morning of hands-on restoration and outdoor fun. We will add native plants to a garden bed at Whitetail Woods Regional Park to improve habitat and support pollinators. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet some of the hard-working goats who help manage invasive brush in our parks.
All ages and abilities are welcome to attend. Breakfast and parking are free. NPLD is more than a day of service—it’s a chance to give back, build community and enjoy the public lands that support our health, environment and well-being.
