LandSeed is a non-profit organization tackling the Canadian housing crisis with a unique, data-powered approach. We bridge critical gaps in the housing ecosystem by integrating deep community market data with advanced AI systems. Our focus is on crowdsourcing and identifying obstacles to attainable affordable housing, allowing us to deliver structured, scalable solutions where they are needed most.

Responsibilities:
Identify research objectives and questions for each town hall
Collect, synthesize, and summarize relevant evidence or background information
Prepare briefing notes and discussion prompts for facilitators
Analyze post-event data and identify emerging themes
Share insights with KT team and Team Lead
Education / Skills Required:
Post-secondary education or experience in research, evaluation, social sciences, public health, gerontology, or knowledge translation
Ability to summarize literature and generate actionable insights
Strong written and analytical skills
Experience preparing materials for community or academic audiences is a plus
Accountability:
Deliver briefing materials before each town hall
Ensure data synthesis is accurate, relevant, and actionable
Document and summarize insights within 2 weeks of each event
Time commitment: ~3–5 hours/week
