We are a small nonprofit looking for occasional help with technology related troubleshooting or advice. Our main office is in the Elizabeth neighborhood of Charlotte, but this role would primarily be remote.
Examples of duties might include: advice and consultation on tech issues related to google workspace, managing our company's Microsoft One account, suggesting alternatives to currently used applications, suggestions to improve workflow with certain applications, some in person diagnostics of computers that have issues (this can be optional).
The ideal candidate is knowledgable and happy to help. Our organization can provide approval of volunteer hours as well as additional duties if needed for more hours. Our current need is minimal and would involve the volunteer being a consultant as needed. Volunteer must pass a background check and sign confidentiality agreements related to the confidential work we do as a mental health carer nonprofit.
