Looking for an easy way to give back?
Join Junior Achievement for a half-day volunteer opportunity supporting local high school students during our JA Finance Park Pop-Up on March 31 at Gustavus Adolphus College (8:15 AM – 12:00 PM).
During this experience, students step into the role of an adult for the day. They are each assigned a career, salary, credit score, and life scenario, and work through real-life decisions like housing, transportation, food, and other expenses.
As a volunteer, you’ll be there to guide and encourage students as they move through the simulation and make decisions. You are not expected to teach or have any prior knowledge—a script is provided to help guide conversations, along with a quick training before the event.
This is a fun, interactive experience where you can support students in a low-pressure environment while helping them build confidence in real-world situations.
No experience needed • Training provided on-site
