Position Summary
The Human Resource Senior Advisor provides strategic guidance on workforce planning, personnel policies, and organizational culture for the campaign. This role ensures that staffing practices are fair, compliant, and aligned with campaign values while supporting leadership in building a strong, inclusive, and effective campaign team.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise senior campaign leadership on human resources strategy and workforce planning
- Develop and oversee personnel policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for staff and key volunteers
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and internal policies
- Provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture
- Support leadership during periods of rapid hiring or organizational change
- Serve as a confidential resource for HR-related guidance and decision-making
