LoopRoots Foundation is a nonprofit organization focused on supporting underserved, justice-impacted, and vulnerable individuals and families through transportation assistance, emergency support services, workforce development, reentry support, housing assistance, food access initiatives, and community stabilization programs.
Position Overview
LoopRoots Foundation is seeking a compassionate, organized, and mission-driven Volunteer Human Trafficking Survivor Program Coordinator to assist with the development and coordination of survivor-focused support initiatives. This role will help support individuals seeking safety, stabilization resources, transportation assistance, emergency relocation coordination, and connections to community-based services.
The ideal candidate is passionate about advocacy, survivor-centered care, trauma-informed approaches, and building meaningful community partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Assist with survivor intake coordination and resource navigation
- Help coordinate emergency transportation and relocation support
- Build relationships with shelters, advocacy organizations, and community partners
- Assist with program planning and operational development
- Maintain organized records and follow-up communications
- Support outreach and awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with the LoopRoots Foundation leadership team on program growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in advocacy, social services, nonprofit work, case management, or survivor support
- Understanding of trauma-informed care practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and compassionately
- Passion for community impact and social justice initiatives
- Experience working with underserved populations is a plus
