Join us in the fight to end Alzheimer’s! The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking passionate volunteers to serve on committees for the Broward County Walk to End Alzheimer’s, our largest local fundraising event held at Nova Southeastern University.
Committee members play a vital role in planning, promoting, and creating an unforgettable experience for thousands of participants. Your time and talent will help raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research.
Volunteer Roles Available
- Executive Leadership Team (ELT): Drive fundraising and sponsorship efforts. Ideal for professionals with leadership experience and strong networks.
- Community Engagement Committee (CEC): Build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers. Perfect for those who love outreach and community building.
- Event Experience Committee: Help create an engaging and memorable event day experience. Great for detail-oriented planners and creative thinkers.
Responsibilities
- Attend regular committee meetings (virtual or in-person).
