We are looking for reliable, diligent HR volunteers to assist various departments with HR processes. Effective communication is required and poor communication will not be allowed.
We need initiative thinkers. You can make the right decisions and act on your own, you can communicate and provide updates without waiting to be supervised or followed up. The HR Coordinators will report to the founders, assist with the hiring process by serving as the primary point of contact for management, onboarding, and applications. The HR Coordinators will write and publish job openings, screen candidates, set up interviews and onboarding in accordance with policies, and maintain current application and employee data in the system. HRs can suggest and create rules and procedures with an emphasis on employee relations.
Different Tasks Available:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Manage job postings, screen candidates, schedule and take interviews, etc.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle onboarding of new hires by preparing necessary documentation, setting up meetings and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Handle offboarding when necessary.
- Email Management: Monitor and manage the company’s HR emails, flag important correspondence, and update the founders on action items.
Requirements:
- You must know how to take initiative, not waiting to be followed up or micromanaged.
- A least 2 years of experience in a human resources role or similar roles.
- Meticulous and pays attention to details
- Familiarity with HR processes & methods
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
