Digital Content & Engagement Coordinator

As the Digital Content & Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be the creative heartbeat of BTYM’s online presence. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, social media, and capturing real moments that inspire.

You’ll create and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), manage our newsletter, and help showcase the behind-the-scenes magic of our programs and people. From filming mentor moments to designing graphics and writing impact updates, you’ll help us build a digital legacy that moves hearts and mobilizes support.

As a Digital Content & Engagement Coordinator, you will:

Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos

Write and send monthly newsletters

Collaborate with program leads to gather stories and updates

Track engagement and suggest improvements

This is a volunteer role requiring 4–6 hours/week and a minimum 3-month commitment.
