Spend 1-2 hours a week calling patients and their families to see how they're doing and if they need any supplies, medications, have questions for the team, etc.

Descrição
Help hospice patients and their families by reaching out to them and checking in on them by phone. Your kind voice will remind them that they have support, and if they have any needs-- like supplies, medication, questions-- you'll share that with their hospice team. The team will then follow-up with them. And you'll have made a positive difference in everyone's day.
