Morning Warehouse Volunteer at the Rosemount Food Shelf
Detalhes
Descrição
Are you the type of person who's already up before most people have had their first cup of coffee? Looking for a meaningful way to start your day while making a direct impact in your community?
Our Morning Warehouse Volunteers in Rosemount help prepare the food shelf for a successful day by ensuring shelves are stocked, donations are processed, and incoming deliveries are organized before clients arrive. This Thursday early morning shift (6/6:30am - 9:30am) offers a chance to stay active, work alongside a small team, and see the immediate difference your efforts make.
Tasks may include checking expiration dates, stocking shelves, weighing donations, organizing inventory, and putting away deliveries. No two mornings are exactly alike, as the work varies based on donations and deliveries received each day.
Volunteers should be able to lift at least 20 pounds. Typically, two to three volunteers work together during each shift, creating a friendly, team-oriented environment.
There is a brief onboarding process that includes an application, background check, and training. Having a criminal background does not automatically disqualify someone from serving in this role. Please chat with us if you're wondering if you would be a good fit!
Start your day with purpose and help ensure our food shelf is ready to serve the community!
