Committee Chair

1. With the approval or under the direction of the pastor - president or designated director,

A) responsible for forming committees, coordinating studies, lectures, website and workshops

B) as Committee Chair,

• meet at such times and places as required by the bylaws
• participate in planning, organizing and monitoring the activities of the organization
• participate in working with all officers, agents, volunteers, and employees of the organization to assure that their duties are performed properly

C) As committee chair,

• Participate in keeping the record of the minutes of the meetings of the directors
• Participate in internal and external communications and organization’s paperwork
• help with time management coordination, creating deadlines and reminders
