We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support runners and our mission driven Breathe Team at the Wilmington Marathon. Whether you’re cheering from the sidelines or helping at the bag drop station, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the day running smoothly.

When you join Breathe Team, you join others who want to make an impact while experiencing the joy, challenges, and personal triumphs associated with going the distance. Whether you are an elite runner looking to set records, or simply looking for a new challenge, we have a race for you!

Volunteer Roles:

Help lift spirits and keep runners motivated from start to finish! Bring your voice, energy, and maybe a cowbell — every bit of encouragement makes a difference. Perfect for individuals, families, or groups.

🎒 Bag Drop Support:

Keep things organized and stress-free for runners by assisting at our bag drop station. Volunteers will help collect, organize, and return runner belongings in a secure and friendly environment.
