Surgery Waiting Room Concierge - Early Mornings Needed!

We are seeking volunteers to assist in the surgical waiting room within our hospital.

This volunteer role is designed to support our patients and their family members or support people during procedures. Volunteers serve as compassionate liaisons in the public-facing waiting areas. The volunteer will be stationed in the waiting area of the Perioperative Procedures Unit and will provide support for families of patients in Preop, PACU, Pre-Procedure Services, ORs, Endoscopy, Interventional Suite, Cath Lab, & OR Procedure Room.

Right now our highest need is supporting checking in patients during our very early morning shifts, typically from 6 am to 8 am. Shifts are recurring, one day a week.
