Position Summary:

The Volunteer School Director provides leadership and administrative support for the school’s daily operations, academic programs, staff coordination, student services, and school development. This position works closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to help ensure the school operates effectively and maintains a positive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day school operations.
• Support teachers, tutors, and volunteers.
• Help coordinate academic programs and curriculum implementation.
• Assist with student enrollment and records.
• Support parent and student communication.
• Help develop school policies and procedures.
• Coordinate volunteers and school activities.
• Monitor program goals and student progress.
• Participate in leadership meetings and planning.
• Assist with community partnerships and fundraising initiatives.
• Help ensure school programs follow applicable policies and requirements.
• Represent the school professionally in the community.
