Fullstack & Frontend Developers wanted

We’re FIND Services, a bootstrapped startup building an AI-powered resume builder that helps job seekers create professional resumes through an interactive chat assistant. Our mission is to make job hunting simpler, smarter, and more accessible.

We’re looking for volunteer developers who want to build their experience in AI product development while making an impact in people’s careers. We also have other projects to work on but they're on pause.

Once this project is finished, more details will be shared on other projects.

FRONTEND DEVELOPERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY

Responsibilities:

• Primarily addressing UI and functionality issues within the application.
• Ensure that the user journey flows seamlessly, from first interaction to advanced features.
• Improve chat functionality to make conversations with AI feel natural, smooth, and impactful.
• Bring your own creativity. If you see something we can make better or have an idea of a feature to add, you’ll have the freedom to experiment and implement.

Tech Stack You’ll Work With:

React, Typescript, Tailwind CSS, GitHub, SQL Database management in Supabase

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2+ years of experience as a full-stack developer (with a focus on frontend).
• Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI, etc. and a bit of prompt engineering (not a must-have)
• Experience with React, Typescript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, SQL.
• Experience with API integration.
• You MUST have excellent English comprehension and language skills.
• Ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
