Creative Designer / Visual Designer (Unpaid Volunteer Position)

Location: Remote

Visual Designer, will be the creative mind behind the visual storytelling of our events. Your work will directly shape the visual identity of our platform and bring our offerings to life. You'll design posters and promotional materials that resonate with our audience's values—balance, authenticity, and spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and visually cohesive posters for workshops, retreats, online classes, festivals, and community events.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and marketing teams to understand event themes, speaker profiles, and branding needs.
• Ensure all designs align with the platform’s holistic, calm, and nature-inspired brand aesthetics.
• Create multiple versions or formats for social media, email marketing, and print distribution.
• Manage a design calendar and deliver high-quality assets on time.
• Stay up to date with visual trends in wellness, spirituality, and conscious branding.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly poster development (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Figma.
• Strong eye for typography, color harmony, and layout.
• Ability to interpret spiritual, natural, and emotional themes into visual form.
• Understanding of branding, especially in wellness or holistic industries.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Added bonus - Background or interest in wellness, yoga, meditation, or holistic practices.
• Experience in motion graphics or short-form video creation.
• Familiarity with content marketing or social media strategy.
