Habitat Whatcom is looking for some assistance in our Hardware and Home Improvement section! No prior knowledge or skill necessary for this role- just a willingness to work with a team, follow directions, use basic research skills, and keep things organized.
Tasks include: lifting up to 50 lbs., using a computer or phone for research, sorting through donated hardware items, pricing sorted items, and helping to maintain a safe and organized sales floor area.
Shifts: We are seeking an ability to come in 2 or more times a week for 2-3 hours per shift.
Must be 16+ and have a clear background check.

We are located across the street from Bellingham High School, right next to the Dollar Tree.

Please go to hfhwhatcom.org to submit a volunteer application. Once the application has been submitted, we will be prompted to run a background check. All volunteers must go through this process. We run background checks on Wednesday and Friday mornings, so please keep a lookout for a follow up email within 1-3 business days.
Any volunteers under 18 years old will be directed to have paperwork signed by a parent or guardian after account submission.
