Web Developer / Designer

We’re seeking a Web Developer / Designer who can shape LandSeed’s digital presence with creativity and purpose. If you’re skilled in WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms, and enjoy integrating tools that make websites functional and engaging, this role offers the chance to design with meaning not just aesthetics.

Ideal for someone with 5+ years of web design or development experience who wants to contribute their expertise to a growing, purpose-driven organization.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain LandSeed’s website using WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms.

Integrate essential tools (forms, CRMs, donation systems, automations, data dashboards).

Ensure the website is responsive, accessible, and optimized for both desktop and mobile.

Collaborate with the marketing and partnership teams to align design with strategy.

Manage content updates and continuously improve site performance and functionality.

Help build the visual identity of LandSeed’s online presence through thoughtful design.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web design, development, or digital media.
• Strong command of WordPress, Wix, or equivalent website builders.
• Knowledge of integrations, plugins, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO basics, and responsive design.
• Ability to manage hosting, domains, and site maintenance.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and design consistency.
• Comfortable working independently in a volunteer-to-paid capacity as the organization grows.
• Passion for using digital tools to support community-focused missions.
