Minds of Light is seeking volunteer Job and Life Coaches and other support staff to support autistic and neurodivergent adults as they build confidence, communication skills, self-advocacy, emotional awareness, and employment readiness.
Volunteers will help participants identify strengths, set goals, practice workplace communication, prepare for interviews, and build confidence for real-world opportunities. This role is a good fit for someone who is patient, encouraging, dependable, and respectful of neurodivergent individuals.
You do not need to be a licensed therapist or clinician. We are looking for kind, consistent volunteers who want to help autistic and neurodivergent adults feel supported, understood, and more prepared for work, independence, and community participation.
