Office Volunteer Longview, TX

Accentcare Hospice & Palliative Care needs volunteers for our Longview office. Administrative/ Office (Indirect Care) volunteers are integral members of the hospice team. These volunteers provide clerical assistance and are vital in healping not only office and field staff but also in supporting patients and their famlies.

Our Longview office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Some things that Administrative/ Office Volunteers help us with may include but are not limitied to:

• Assisting with client mailings, organizing budget sheets, and filling records
• Assembling Home Patient charts and Welcome packets for new patients and team members
• Supporting Volunteer Department with compliance Medicare guidelines
• Communicating and inputting data via Microsoft apps, e.g. Teams, Outloook, and Excel
