Position Overview
IFWF is seeking a CRM & Development Operations Coordinator to help organize fundraising databases, outreach tracking systems, grant archives, donor records, and institutional operational workflows.
This role is ideal for highly organized individuals interested in nonprofit systems, operational coordination, fundraising infrastructure, and institutional development.
Responsibilities
- Maintain donor, sponsor, and grant tracking systems
- Organize development databases and operational records
- Assist with outreach and fundraising pipeline tracking
- Support internal reporting and workflow coordination
- Help maintain institutional continuity systems
- Assist with development operations organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Interest in nonprofit systems and operations
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems is helpful
- Strong communication and coordination skills
