Event Setup Crew

Help bring the gala to life! Volunteers assist with decorating the venue, arranging tables, placing signage, organizing materials, and ensuring every detail reflects the elegance of the evening.

Guest Services & Check-In

Be the first warm welcome our guests receive. This team manages guest check-in, distributes programs, answers general questions, and helps guide attendees to their seats and activity areas.

Interactive Guest Activities Host

Share your passion for the arts by guiding guests through interactive activities such as ornament making, hot cocoa bar, and pictures with Santa!

Hospitality & Refreshment Support

Assist catering partners by monitoring refreshment areas, maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Program & Performer Assistance

Support speakers, performers, and presenters with backstage coordination, cueing, distributing materials, and helping maintain a seamless program flow.

Event Ambassadors / Photo Stewards

Help direct guests to photo areas, coordinate photo-op moments, and support the media team in capturing the magic of the evening.

Event Reset & Closing Crew

When the celebration concludes, assist with light teardown, organizing materials for storage, and restoring the venue for the next day.
