Hospice Companion Fond du Lac area We need you! Critical Need

Volunteers are the HEARTof Aurora at Home Hospice. We are looking for kind, caring individuals to provide companionship to our patients and respite for their caregivers.As a Hospice Companion Volunteer you could:

• Play games
• Read a book
• Participate in life review
• Be present while a caregiver rests
• Remember special days
• Laugh with a patient
• Hold their hand while the rest

Volunteers visit with patients at least once a week, for 1-2 hours at time. We will train you to be the best Hospice Companion Volunteer and to provide our patients with loving care, comfort and dignity in their final days.
