Be the friendly face that helps create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors! As a Front Desk Receptionist Volunteer at Neighborhood House’s High Point location, you’ll greet community members, answer general questions, assist with check-ins, answer phone calls, and help connect visitors with the programs and services they need. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, providing excellent customer service, and making a positive impact in the community. Your warm smile and helping hands can make all the difference for the families and individuals we serve.
