Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with Cloud100’s mission

Draft, revise, and submit compelling proposals, LOIs, and supporting documents

Collaborate with leadership to translate impact metrics and program goals into persuasive narratives

Track deadlines, submission statuses, and reporting requirements

Maintain grant writing templates, case language, and core documentation in SharePoint

Support the development and execution of Cloud100’s grant strategy

    Who You Are

Demonstrated grant writing experience (preferably with nonprofits, youth-serving orgs, or education initiatives)

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Ability to synthesize complex ideas into concise, compelling language

Comfortable working independently in a flexible, distributed team

Commitment to equity, education, and social impact

Bonus: Familiarity with funders in edtech, workforce development, or DEI

    Time Commitment & Tools

5-10 hours/week, flexible and fully remote

Core tools: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Planner, SharePoint

Weekly check-ins and collaboration with the CDO and development team
