Help us Sound the Alarm Sunday, January 25, in Oxnard!

Home fires claim seven lives every day, but you can help change that. Join the American Red Cross at our upcoming Sound the Alarm event! We will work in teams and go door-to-door, providing residents with free smoke detector installations and free fire safety education. No prior experience is necessary. We will provide all the training you will need on the morning of the event!

Please note that to participate in this event, volunteers MUST be 16 years of age or older.

Drinks, snacks, and lunch provided.

What to wear: Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes.

What to bring: a Water bottle, a hat, and sunscreen.

Snacks and extra water will be provided.

This event will be held rain or shine.
