About the Opportunity Bless Philadelphia is hosting a Baby Goods Exchange to help local families secure essential clothes and gear for their little ones. This event allows the community to share resources, reducing waste and alleviating financial burdens on parents.
We need an energetic team of volunteers to make this event run smoothly. If you love organizing and helping people, this is the perfect service opportunity for you.
Volunteer Duties Include:
- Sorting incoming clothes by size and gender.
- Organizing gear and nursery items for easy browsing.
- Assisting parents as they "shop" the exchange.
- General event setup and breakdown.
Event Details:
- When: Saturday February 21 from 10 AM to 5 PM
- Where: Oxford Circle Mennonite Church (900 E. Howell St, Philadelphia, PA 19149)
- Requirement: Comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes recommended.
