• Expert coaching from industry leaders
• In-person community events in Miami and New York/New Jersey

The Opportunity

As our volunteer CIO, you'll architect the technological backbone that powers our programs, fundraising initiatives, and communication platforms. You'll collaborate with our leadership team to transform how we deliver value to women entrepreneurs at the start of their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Architect and implement technical solutions for our entrepreneurial programs:
  • Propel: Our accelerator for small business owners
  • Pacer: Our online entrepreneurial community
  • Future Aggregator Platform: Connecting entrepreneurs to available resources
• Establish data security protocols and manage controllership risks
• Build and lead a volunteer technology team
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Programs, Partnerships, and other teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of information technology experience
• 3+ years in executive technology leadership preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and business acumen
• Strong technical expertise in networking, security, and system administration
• Passion for women's entrepreneurship and social impact
