Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for governance? BES is seeking a volunteer Corporate Secretary to serve as a key officer within our organization. In this vital role, you will be the guardian of our corporate integrity—ensuring that our bylaws are followed, our records are impeccable, and our communications are transparent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Governance & Compliance: Maintain corporate registrations, insurance policies, and legal agreements.
• Records & Minutes: Oversee the recording and storage of Board and annual meeting minutes.
• Communication: Direct the distribution of official corporate notices and manage headquarters correspondence (mail, email, and phone).
• Voting & Bylaws: Facilitate the voting process, establish quora, and maintain up-to-date Articles of Incorporation and Corporate Policies.
