Looking for a volunteer opportunity that is fun and rewarding? Join our Volunteer team! As a Meals on Wheels Volunteer, you will belong to a team committed to helping homebound seniors maintain their health and independence with nutritious food, personal contact, and caring service.
Volunteer Driver: Volunteers are needed to deliver meals to seniors who are homebound, in Auburn, every other week. Alternate delivery drivers pick up meals every other Friday, around 9:00am, and are typically done with their route in 3 hours. Mileage is reimbursable while making deliveries.
Requirements: Complete the Meals on Wheels Volunteer Application, consent to a Washington State Patrol background check, the ability to lift 15 pounds, and be age 18 or more.
