Village Volunteers is seeking community-minded volunteers to join our Emergency Preparedness Team. Working with the Team Chair, members will help develop emergency preparedness plans for Village members, volunteers, staff, and the organization; promote awareness of the importance of emergency preparedness, particularly in our coastal community; and identify, develop, and distribute resources to help older adults and community members prepare for emergencies. This volunteer opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about community resilience, planning, and helping others stay safe and informed.

Once your application is submitted, the Member Services Manager will be in touch with you to follow up and forward any additional information needed to begin the onboarding process, including next steps for orientation and getting started as a volunteer.
