Mini Documentary Videographer Volunteer (Bakersfield, CA)

The UFW Foundation seeks an in-kind videographer to film 3–4 interviewees, along with supporting b-roll, primarily in the Bakersfield region, with minimal additional filming in California City. The goal is to produce a 10–15-minute mini-documentary. The documentary will center on how the January 2025 immigration enforcement operation impacted the farm worker community in Bakersfield, highlighting both immediate and long-term effects. It will also document how UFW Foundation staff and rapid response partners mobilized to protect farm workers and their families from detention and deportation, and how that support has continued into 2026. The tone should be human-centered, urgent, and hopeful, balancing lived experiences with community resilience and advocacy.
